Matthew and Victoria embark on their 100 Day Juice Feast and share what they’ve been Juicing today. Matthew explains the difference between a juice feast and a fast is that with the juice feast you will be getting enough calories to be able to continue with day to day activities without loss of energy. We we each drank today: Breakfast: 1 Pint of Orange Juice Mid Morning: 2 Pints of Juice (Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Pineapple & Lemon) Lunch: 2 Pints of Juice (Cucumber, celery, carrot, spinach.) Evening Juices to be added later..
To see Victoria’s before pictures, checkout our blog at www.beyourpotential.net ************Recommended Juicers ********** Wehave used several Juicers over the years. If you want something that is reasonably priced and can juice whole apples at once etc, we recommend the Breville Professional Juice Extractor. It is available on Amazon for about 9.99 Amazon.com – amzn.to We have also had a Champion Juicer and they are fantastic. If you have a bit of cash and are looking for something that will last forever and be a real workhorse, this is our Juicer of choice. It’s a masticating juicer, so it extracts more juice than the cheaper juicers. Amazon.com – amzn.to If you are looking for a Juicer that also Juices Wheatgrass we recommend the Samson 6 in 1 Electric Wheatgrass Juicer. Amazon.co.uk – amzn.to Amazon.com – amzn.to

What kind of juicer do you use?

@juliagoolia143 I found upgading my juicer helped. The centrifugal juicer I got from walmart caused significant oxidation. I know have a single auger “masticating” juicer (Omega 8003.) It juices much slower, but I’ve noticed that it last a lot longer. Definitely get some hermetically sealed glass containers (Mason Jars.)

Hi guys! I think what you’re doing is great and very healthy. I have been wanting to do a full cleanse juice fast for a while now. I did a two day one, but it was hard because I am a highschool student, and the juice turns brown at school. Do you know a way to make juice better for traveling and bringing to school? Much appreciated. Julia <3

I’ve been trying to find how to prepare for the juice feast. Might you be able to tell me what my diet should look like during the days leading up to the feast? And also, how did you choose the combination of veggies (and fruit) you ingested during those 100 days? Did you have a few combos you just redid every few days or was it completely different every day? Thank you so much in advance for any help you can offer.. Your videos are extremely inspiring.

hi Matthew seen in one of your previous videos that a 21 day juice feast helped you get knee joint pain i am suffering from a similar case but i also ankle joint pains and inflammation so do you know from experience whether it will help get over that problem and I also wanted to know how many juice drinks would you drink ideally each day and does it consist of more fruits than vegetables
thank you

Will you please update with the recipes you used for the evening juices? Also, did you drink the same juices each day or did you shake things up? I want to start this, but am worried about getting all the nutrients I need if I just follow the same juices each day. Feel free to message me recipes! Thanks

@LaBellE0Vie There is plenty of protein and calcium in fruits and vegetables especially the green leafy types.

@LaBellE0Vie No because you are taking in live foods that regenerate the cells including the skin, so you skin will be renewed.

@880994 I would not put any protein in my juices, that is ridiculous. I wouldn’t take any vitamins, just drink juice. Keep it simple. carrots or apples as the sweetener and plenty of green leafy vegetables, celery and cucumber, lemon and ginger can add a nice zing as well. 21 days is a good number to get great results. 4 litres daily is good. It is life changing. let us know how you get on? : )
