    @BurntKittenz

If it’s Ramadan you’re referring to, I understand it doesn’t work too well in practice. Essentially, nothing much gets done throughout the Muslim world for that month and everybody ends up GAINING weight because they stuff themselves after sundown and before sunrise.

    it was too easy, physically

I want to water fast for the spiritual experiences, for the detox, and for the weight loss. I’m on day 1 of my water fast, and it feels kind of sluggish :)

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your fasting experiences with the world. It has been very helpful with my own fasting journey. Best wishes!

@Psychocide ur stupid.. it means u dont eat anything or drink anything BUT water

  13. Psychocide says:

A water fast? You’re not drinking water? Dumbest thing ever but at least your eating and drinking other things but it doesn’t seem that healthier.

I’m on my seventh day of my cleanse it’s a version of the master cleanse and I haven’t eaten for 7 days. I am very proud of you for doing it for so long I can’t because I have to work and do other things. Nevertheless I am so proud of myself for doing it for 7 days it was worth it

@goddess72586 TO EACH ITS OWN everyone is not religious and sprititual so SHUT UP.You can fast for weight loss……IF YOU WANT.

  17. duckgirl1988 says:

@goddess72586 Actually, your comment is the ignorant one. Not everyone has the same beliefs as you, so it doesn’t always have to be spiritual. ALSO, fasting is an excellent way to start a healthy lifestyle. It is extremely beneficial health wise, maybe you should do some research on it. Also, if you want to go around preaching spirituality then maybe you should look at your self and stop being so judgmental, calling someone a “dumb broad”. Not to mention, use spell check.

  18. antraioi says:

do u do any moderate exercise while you fast???

  19. goddess72586 says:

wow you people are so not knowing….fasting is something spiritual not for weight loss..dumb broad…ur not even fat….u make people that actualy are on the bigger scale do to fast food….feel lke killing themselve…

  20. BrandiStarrzz says:

I have had that where I have drempt that I ate different varieties of food in my dreams, and then I freak out when I wake up thinking I broke my fast. Ha ha

  21. EvilZeroSc says:

    haha, thats funny…good for you
Day 7 here, although im not having anymore food dreams since i guess Day 4, but when i had them i ate everything in my dreams and scared myself when i woke up…whew, just a dream :)

  22. bagOloveflavored says:

Every time I fast, I have atleast 4 or 5 dreams revolving around food! lol. Unlike you though, I eat the food in my dream :D The last time this happened I remember waking up&thinking omg did I break my fast. lol
